Parent Company of Auto-Graphics, Inc. announces cash dividend for investors.
Fontana, CA (June 13, 2023) – The Board of Directors of Agent Information Software (OTC: AIFS) has approved a cash dividend for its shareholders at its May 24, 2023, Annual Shareholders Meeting. The dividend of $0.035 per common share will be paid on June 30, 2023, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 15, 2023.
As the second half of 2023 approaches, the A-G development team is focused on enhancements for both VERSO and SHAREit that will contribute to increased sales opportunities. The ERC funds Auto-Graphics received in the first quarter of 2023 will be invested in this continued development of library software products that are competitive in the market.
Auto-Graphics has forged key partnerships with third-party vendors in early 2023 whose products are complementary to VERSO and SHAREit. These relationships allow A-G to increase bid and direct sales opportunities by having a full spectrum of functionality without increasing staff or diverting resources from current projects. Auto-Graphics will also be attending the American Library Association’s Annual Conference in Chicago, IL from June 22-26 this year with staff from Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Management joining the President and COO.
