Agent Information Software, Inc. Announces Second Quarter 2015 Earnings

ONTARIO, Calif. — September 16, 2015 — Agent Information Software, Inc. (AIS), today reported a net income of $142,166 for the first half year ended June 30, 2015, up $280,787 over the first half year 2014 losses.  The net income was less than the forecast for the first half year by $10,706 or 7%.  Net sales for the first half year ended June 30, 2015 were $2,485,828, which met the forecast and were up $351,621 or 16% from $2,134,207 for the same period last year, due to the increase of recurring revenues.

Auto‐Graphics, building off its first quarter momentum, added two more sales of VERSO, their SaaS based Integrated Library System software (ILS) product. Canterbury Public Library in Connecticut and Delta City Public Library in Utah both joined the VERSO stable in the second quarter.  Going live, with software launches, for the first time as well this quarter were La Porte Public Library in Indiana and Rancho Mirage Public Library in Southern California. In addition, A‐G was awarded another statewide system sale of SHAREit, its Interlibrary Loan Software (ILL), as they welcomed South Dakota State Library, their 12th state now present in their ILL portfolio.
